Ingredients
- 1/2 small cucumber
- 1 cup plain Greek nonfat yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Peel the cucumber.
- Use large holes of a box grater to grate the cucumber.
- Remove some of the liquid from grated cucumber by lightly squeezing while holding over the sink.
- In a small bowl, mix cucumber with the Greek yogurt, garlic powder, dill, pepper and lemon juice to make tzatziki sauce.
- Cover and place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
