  1. Peel the cucumber.
  2. Use large holes of a box grater to grate the cucumber.
  3. Remove some of the liquid from grated cucumber by lightly squeezing while holding over the sink.
  4. In a small bowl, mix cucumber with the Greek yogurt, garlic powder, dill, pepper and lemon juice to make tzatziki sauce.
  5. Cover and place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
