VillageHealth Members Spotlight: Alan and Angela’s Story

VillageHealth member Alan and his wife Angela were introduced to nurse Alison to help them navigate Alan’s kidney disease and other health issues. Now, Alison continues to provide support with scheduling doctor visits, connecting them with social workers, and ensuring all of their questions are answered.
